NEGC completed a comprehensive landlord and tenant improvement project within an existing 7,500 square foot office suite. The scope of work began with reconfiguring the space into two separate tenant areas, including the installation of a fire-rated demising wall. New finishes were applied throughout, including carpet tiles, LVT planking in employee break areas, fresh paint and updated doors and hardware. NEGC also coordinated the integration of new heating and cooling systems with the building’s existing infrastructure to meet the specific needs of each tenant. A secure vestibule was installed at the main entry point to enhance security.

 

For the tenant, NEGC constructed a secured rear entry vestibule and reconfigured the conference room to support an expanded, interactive layout. All impacted areas received updated finishes, including new paint, trim and flooring to match the overall design vision.
