This office renovation challenged us to combine three separate retail spaces into one large commercial office space. This included electrical meter reconfiguration and new plumbing for an additional bathroom. The project also featured new origami sheetrock trim elements; profiles, crown moldings and finishes throughout the space; and new storefront and signage to create a separate, singular tenant entrance.
